The Turfgrass Producers of Texas 21st Annual Conference and Trade Show will be held

We know that you will want to attend! We will start Monday afternoon January 15 with a reception and silent auction from 4-6 p.m. (setup 10:00am – NOON) This will give you an opportunity to visit with producer members in a relaxed atmosphere. There will be a cash bar available plus nonalcoholic drinks and snacks. Following the reception will be the TPT annual banquet at 6:30 p.m. We will reconvene Tuesday morning January 16, 9:00 at the Scotts Miracle-Gro facilaty for the educational conference. We will provide a morning break, a long break at lunch, and one in the afternoon for you to visit with those in attendance. We will give each exhibitor 3-5 minutes on the mic at lunch the second day.
By exhibiting your products at this event, you will have the opportunity to visit with producers from across the state as well as support the association whose members buy and use your equipment and products.
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6’ table. Space will be limited so plan on using tabletop items only. We will not be able to handle any equipment inside. However, we will be able to have equipment outside the front door in the parking area.
The Registration Fee as outlined on the attached form includes 2 dinner tickets and 2 lunch tickets. If you do not plan to use these tickets or need additional tickets, please let us know so we can plan to have enough food.

TPT is committed to funding worthy research projects that pertain to the advancement of this industry and dedicate the dollars we receive each year from the Silent Auction to fund these studies. Because of the generosity of exhibitors such as you, we have been able to contribute greatly to research since 2003.
